Refund and Trial Policy

Clients receive a 3-day review or trial window from the delivery or access point defined in the commercial agreement. During that window, a request for cancellation may qualify for a full refund.

After the 3-day review window, no refunds are offered because tailoring, implementation, asset preparation, and environment-specific work proceed into execution.

Questions about fit, onboarding, or support should be raised through the official contact channel so the delivery team can verify the request and respond from the appropriate project context.
